Alarms
On August 9 at 7:49 a.m., services were rendered for a burglar alarm on Ocean Avenue.

Larceny/forgery/fraud
On August 9 at 11:34 a.m., services were rendered for a larceny/forgery/fraud incident on May Street.
On Aug. 9 at 4:25 p.m., a report was taken for a larceny/forgery/fraud incident on Village St.

Complaints – general
On Aug. 9 at 11:41 a.m., services were rendered for a general complaint on Liberty Rd.
On Aug. 9 at 2:22 p.m., a general complaint on Pleasant St was taken and referred to another agency.
On Aug. 9 at 5:16 p.m., services were rendered for a general complaint at Maple St and Lafayette St.
On Aug. 9 at 5:17 p.m., a report was taken for a general complaint on School St.
On Aug. 9 at 6:53 p.m., a general complaint on Cove Lane was determined to be unfounded.
On Aug. 9 at 8:19 p.m., services were rendered for a general complaint on Humphrey St.
On Aug. 9 at 9:18 p.m., no action was required for a general complaint on Richard Rd.
On Aug. 9 at 10:37 p.m., a report was taken for a general complaint on Peter Cir.

Motor vehicle complaints
On Aug. 9 at 8:42 a.m., an investigation was conducted for a moving motor vehicle complaint at Pleasant St and Smith St.
On Aug. 9 at 3:46 p.m., a report was taken for a moving motor vehicle complaint at schooner ridge and Beacon St.

Found / lost property
On Aug. 9 at 7:46 a.m., services were rendered for found/lost property on Brook Rd.
On Aug. 9 at 1:34 p.m., services were rendered for found/lost property on West Shore Dr.

911 hang-up
On Aug. 9 at 9:08 p.m., services were rendered for a 911 hang-up on Bessom St.

PEABODY

Arrests & Criminal Complaints

At 12:25 p.m. on Main Street, Luis Ramon De Jesus Cedeno, 29, of Peabody, will be summoned for operating with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

At 12:28 p.m. on Warren Street, Yvonne M. Dore, 51, of Peabody, was arrested on a Peabody District Court warrant for assault and battery on a family or household member and resisting arrest.

At 8:44 p.m. at Lahey Medical Center on Essex Center Drive, Erin Kathleen McGee, 43, of Lynnfield, will be summoned for identity fraud.

At 10:27 a.m. on Newbury Street, Peter Anthony Marcotte, 68, of Peabody, will be summoned for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Burglary / Attempted Burglary

At 6:21 p.m. on Catherine Drive, a resident reported a possible break-in. It was determined the resident had allowed a friend into the home earlier.

Disturbances

At 6:37 a.m. on Newbury Street, a disturbance was reported at a place of business. The involved party was sent on her way.

At 11:25 p.m. on Myles Road, loud music was reported. The homeowner was advised to turn it down.

Fraud

At 8:44 p.m. at Lahey Medical Center on Essex Center Drive, a fraud incident was reported. (See Arrests & Criminal Complaints.)

Hit & Run

At 5:21 p.m. in the LL Bean parking lot on Andover Street, a vehicle was struck by another. An officer documented the incident.

Missing Person

At 8:54 p.m. on Holten Street, a possible missing person was reported. The individual later returned home.

Motor Vehicle Complaints

At 4:51 a.m. on Route 1 North near Newbury Street, a wrong-way driver was reported but not located.

At 8:03 p.m. in Wilson Square, a group of youths was reported causing a traffic disturbance but were gone upon arrival.

At 10:49 p.m. on Webster Street, reports were made of vehicles drifting and burning rubber in a parking lot. The vehicles were gone upon arrival.

Stolen Vehicle

At 10:44 a.m. on Lynnfield Street, a vehicle was reported stolen and entered into CJIS.

Trespassing / Vehicle Tow

At 3:34 a.m. on Crane Brook Way, two vehicles were towed for trespassing.
