Arrests

Charles Brashear, of Washington Street, was arrested for charges of uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, unlicensed/suspended operation, unregistered motor vehicle and number plate violation.

Joshua Demos, of Whiting Street, was arrested for charges of kidnapping, larceny, two counts of unarmed robbery, two counts of assault and battery and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
