Malika Johnson, 43, was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Tuesday for a charge of a default warrant. Johnson was issued warrants for an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, a number plate violation, and an unregistered motor vehicle.
Arthur Mellen, 61, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday for charges of gaming in public/trespassing and two straight warrants. Mellen was issued warrants for operating under the influence of liquor (third offense), leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, and operating under the influence of liquor.
Padam Magar, 46, of Library Street, was arrested Tuesday at 2:20 p.m. for a charge of gaming in public/trespassing.
Andrew Kabia, 28, of Essex Street, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of a straight warrant. Kabia was issued warrants for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, obstructing an emergency vehicle, speeding, and a marked lanes violation.
