Edgar Cayce Lambert, 52, of Main Street, was arrested at 11:08 a.m. Thursday for charges of vandalizing a building, resisting arrest, and open and gross lewdness.

A report of a burglar alarm at 2:49 a.m. Thursday at Sylvan Street Grille on Sylvan Street. Services rendered. 

Animal Control

A report of animal control at 8:50 a.m. Thursday on Baldwin Lane. Citation warning; a report at 10:55 a.m. on Proctor Street. A woman on Proctor Street was complaining about several cats coming onto her mother’s property. Services rendered.

A report of citizen assistance at 12:12 a.m. Thursday at the Police Department on Allens Lane. Services rendered; a report at 12:45 p.m. at the Police Department on Allens Lane. Services rendered; a report at 1:19 p.m. on Bresnahan Street. Someone believed a neighbor had taken her property. Services rendered.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 11:08 a.m. Thursday on Main Street. Caller reported someone was acting out. Arrest made. 

Larceny

A report of larceny at 11:24 a.m. Thursday at the Homeless Encampment on Howley Street. Investigated; a report at 3:58 p.m. on Crowninshield Street. Investigated. 

Lost/Found Property

A report of lost/found property at 1:56 p.m. Thursday at the Police Department on Allens Lane. Person reported lost personal documents. Services rendered. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 11:18 a.m. Thursday at Mobile Estates on Newbury Street. Area check performed. 

Neighborhood Dispute

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 2:38 a.m. Thursday on Connolly Terrace. Caller reported a neighbor knocked on her door, yelling loudly. Peace restored. 

Tree Down

A report of a tree down at 3:25 p.m. Thursday on Dahlia Avenue. Removed hazard.

A report of a burglar alarm at 8:34 a.m. Thursday at Spirit Halloween on Broadway. Referred to other agency. 

Assist Citizen

A walk-in report of citizen assistance at 9:21 a.m. Thursday on Lincoln Avenue. Services rendered; a walk-in report at 12:04 p.m. at Best Buy on Broadway. A woman reported that she went to Best Buy a few weeks ago to purchase a phone with cash but was also charged on her Best Buy card. Services rendered.

A report of low wires at 4:21 a.m. Thursday on Hanson Road at Bisbee Road. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:10 p.m. Thursday on Main Street. Caller reported a two-car accident with injuries. Report taken. 

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 8:29 p.m. Thursday at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. The store manager requested assistance to remove some solicitors who refused to leave. Dispersed gathering.
