LYNN

Arrests

Faizal Iga, 27, of Cranebrook Way, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. Tuesday for charges of possessing alcohol from an open container, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and miscellaneous equipment violation.

Justin Lozada, 26, of Pine Street, was arrested at 9:37 p.m. Tuesday for charges of Class A and Class E drug possession, unlawful improper storage of a firearm, defacing a firearm serial number, carrying a firearm without a license, and possessing ammo without an FID card.

Tyla Monteiro, 35, of Silsbee Street, was arrested at 6:16 a.m. Tuesday for charges of trespassing, possessing a Class A drug, and violating a city knife ordinance  

Alarms

Reports of fire alarms at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday on Baldwin Street, 8:27 p.m. on Broad Street, and 10:31 p.m. on Woodlawn Street.

Assault and Battery

A report of assault and battery at 8:29 p.m. on Laighton Street.

Breaking and Entering 

A report of breaking and entering at 12:44 a.m. Tuesday on Lynnway.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 2:37 a.m. Tuesday on Chatham Street, 11:16 a.m. on Washington Street, 4:32 p.m. on Cedar Street, and 6:37 p.m. on Market Square.

Fights

Reports of fights at 12:58 a.m. Tuesday on Farrar Street and 11:26 p.m. on Silsbee Street. 

Larceny

Ricky M. Franco, 47, of Woodale Road, was arrested at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday for charges of Class B drug possession, Class A drug possession to distribute, Class B drug possession to distribute, and trafficking between 18-36 grams of cocaine.
