LYNN

Arrests 

Alexander Morel-Encarnacion, 30, of Sagamore Street, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday for charges of cocaine and methamphetamine trafficking.

Wanderley Ynoa-Molina, 30, of Sagamore Street, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. on Wednesday for charges of cocaine and methamphetamine trafficking. 

Alarms

Reports of fire alarms at 4:11 p.m. Wednesday on Ritchie Road, at 6:21 p.m. on Exchange Street, and at 10:55 p.m. on Ontario Street.

Assault and Battery

A report of assault and battery 8:26 p.m. Wednesday on Willow Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 12:02 pm. Wednesday on Andrew Street, 12:18 p.m. on State Street, 3:36 p.m. on Everett Street, 5:12 p.m. on Essex Street, and 11:37 p.m. on Donnelly Drive.

Fights

A report of a fight at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday on Astor Street.

Hazardous Conditions 

Reports of hazardous conditions at 5 a.m. Wednesday on Holly Avenue and 5:55 p.m. on Silsbee Street.

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday on Sidney Avenue and 6:20 p.m. on Boston Street. 

Missing Persons

A report of a missing person at 10:41 a.m. Wednesday on Wells Plaza.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 12:19 p.m. Wednesday on Essex Street, 12:31 p.m. on Chestnut Street, 12:53 p.m. on Union Street, 2:31 p.m. on Rockingham Street, 3:01 p.m. on Brimblecom Street, 3:10 p.m. on Washington Street, 5:32 p.m. on Lynnfield Street, and 11:37 p.m. and 11:46 p.m. on Jenness Street.

Reports of motor vehicle problems at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday on O’Callaghan Way and at 8:51 p.m. on Lynnway.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 3:03 a.m. Wednesday on O’Callaghan Way, 4:25 a.m. on Green Street, and 8:41 p.m. on Chestnut Street. 

Noises

A report of noises at 12:46 a.m. Wednesday on Tudor Street.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 11:48 a.m. Wednesday on Union Street.

Threats

A report of threats at 8:31 p.m. Wednesday on Morris Street.

Trespassing 

Reports of trespassing at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday on Whiting Street, 1:59 p.m. on Lynnway, and 4:29 p.m. on Broad Street.

Accidental Property Damage

A report of accidental property damage at 6:45 a.m. Wednesday on Salem Street and Walnut Street.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 5:38 p.m. Wednesday on Market Street.

Motor Vehicle (complaints)

A report of a motor vehicle complaint at 4:51 p.m. Wednesday on Green Street.

Property Check

Reports of property checks at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday on King Rail Drive, 6:17 a.m. on Summer Street, 6:26 a.m. on Ross Drive, 6:28 a.m. on Salem Street, 9:01 a.m. on Essex Street, 9:08 a.m. on Knoll Road, and 9:12 p.m. on Summer Street.

Selective Traffic Enforcement

Reports of selective traffic enforcement at 6:23 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 4:45 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street, 6:24 a.m. on Walnut Street and Gerry Road, 6:32 a.m. on Salem Street, 6:41 a.m. on Oak Street, 11:31 a.m. on Main Street and Olde Towne Road, and 11:47 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Summer Street.

 

SAUGUS

Arrests

Elias K. Sahile, a 17-and-over male, of Rindge Avenue (Cambridge), was arrested at 3:11 p.m. Wednesday for charges of a straight warrant, a default warrant, and shoplifting $250+ by concealing merchandise.

Alexander Colon, a 17-and-over male, of Biscayne Avenue, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday for charges of two straight warrants.

Stephen Cooper, a 17-and-over male, of Second Street, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. Wednesday for charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon leading to serious bodily injury, assault and battery, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building, assault and battery, disorderly conduct, and assault and battery by discharging a firearm.

Animal Control

A report of animal control at 2:50 p.m. on Susan Drive. The animal control officer followed up on an incident. Services rendered.

Assault & Battery with a Dangerous Weapon

A report of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 8:04 p.m. at Banana Splitz on Lincoln Avenue. Multiple callers reported the sound of a gunshot in the area. Caller reported he was shot. Arrest of a 17-and-over male.

Assist Citizen

A report of citizen assistance at 7:01 p.m. Wednesday on Magnolia Street. Services rendered. A walk-in report at 7:18 p.m. on Forest Avenue. Services rendered.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 1:17 p.m. Wednesday at the Belmonte STEAM Academy on Dow Street. The vice principal reported a vehicle operator driving erratically during school release. A report at 7:49 p.m. at Dunkin’ on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported a male causing a disturbance. Medical assistance refused.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday on the North Ramp. Officer reported a minor accident in the area of the Route 1 North ramp. Arrest of a 17-and-over male. A report at 7:02 p.m. at Walmart on Broadway. Caller reported a two-car accident. Referred to another agency. A report at 9:08 p.m. on Lynn Fells Parkway. Referred to another agency.  

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday at Macy’s on Broadway. Loss prevention reported a male who took merchandise and ran out of the store. Report taken. A report at 3:11 p.m. at Macy’s on Broadway. Loss prevention has one party detained for shoplifting. Arrest of a 17-and-over male.
