LYNN

Arrests

Joseph Dulcetta, 41, of Jordan Street, was arrested at 3:21 a.m. Thursday for charges of a warrant arrest and possession of a Class A drug. 

Angel Soto Martinez, 21, of Waterford Street, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. for a charge of a straight warrant. Soto Martinez was issued warrants for the trafficking of a person for sex, deriving support from prostitution, and conspiracy.

Abner Vaquerano, 23, of Willow Street, was arrested for a charge of a straight warrant. Vaquerano was issued warrants for trafficking a person for sex, deriving support from prostitution, and conspiracy. 

Dany Ramirez Chilel, 24, of Rogers Avenue, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. Thursday for a charge of operating under the influence of liquor. 

Rosa Garcia, 68, of Waterford Street, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. Thursday for a charge of a straight warrant. 

Kristen Bell, 44, of Willow Street, was arrested at 9:22 p.m. Thursday for charges of Class A drug possession, trespassing, and larceny under $1,200. 

David Lopez, 25, of Eastern Avenue, was arrested at 11:17 p.m. Thursday for a charge of a default warrant. Lopez was issued warrants for larceny under $250 by false pretense and receiving stolen property under $1,200.

Neyla Adrien, 22, of Liberty Square, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. Thursday for a charge of a straight warrant. Adrien was issued a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 

Assault and Battery

Reports of assault and battery at 9:07 a.m. Thursday on Market Street and 5:08 p.m. on Willow Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 8:07 a.m. Thursday on Liberty Street and 9:11 a.m. on Washington Street.

Hazardous Conditions

Reports of hazardous conditions at 7:53 a.m. Thursday on River Street, 10:06 a.m. on Tucker Street, 10:27 a.m. on the Beldon Bly Bridge on Western Avenue, 2:44 p.m. on Lynnway, and 7:50 p.m. on Broad Street. 

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 2:47 a.m. Thursday on Surfside Road, 4:34 a.m. on Broadway, 5:19 a.m. on Federal Street and Western Avenue, 6:54 a.m. on Jefferson Street, 10:40 a.m. on Boston Street, 3:27 p.m. on Great Woods Road and Lynnfield Street, 5:14 p.m. on Broadway, and 11:11 p.m. on Boston Street and Bulfinch Street. 

Noise

Reports of noise at 1:02 a.m. Thursday on Robinson Street, 1:22 a.m. on South Common Street, 6:37 p.m. on Gateway Lane, and 10:10 p.m. on Boston Street. 

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 1:15 p.m. Thursday on Walnut Street and 8:22 p.m. on Beede Avenue. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 11:40 a.m. Thursday on Andrew Street, 2:33 p.m. on Andrew Street, 3:25 p.m. on Whiting Street, 6:23 p.m. on Union Street, 8:42 p.m. on Whiting Street, and 9:25 p.m. on Washington Street. 

SAUGUS

Alarms

A report of a burglar alarm at 7:03 a.m. Thursday at Eastern Bank on Broadway. Canceled prior to arrival; a report at 7:08 a.m. at Eastern Bank. Accidental/defective alarm. 

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 1:12 a.m. Thursday at Red Roof Inn on Broadway. Caller reported a couple causing a disturbance. Peace restored; a report at 4:04 p.m. at Stop & Shop on Main Street. An employee reported an intoxicated male causing a disturbance and ripped the flag off the building. Removed to hospital.  

Missing Person

A report of a missing person at 7:14 a.m. Thursday on Austin Court. Caller reported her life partner had been missing since Wednesday. His vehicle was located at the MBTA station in Revere. A BOLO was put out. Report taken. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 6:13 a.m. Thursday at Dunkin’ on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported a two-car accident. Report taken; a report at 8:55 a.m. at Speedway on Broadway. Multiple callers reported a rollover with entrapment. Removed to hospital; a report at 11:38 a.m. on Route 1 South. Removed to hospital.  

A report of a motor vehicle leaving the scene of an accident at 4:09 p.m. Thursday on Walnut Street. Report taken. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Ocean State Job Lot on Broadway. The manager reported four males went into the store asking if there was an ATM on scene stating they needed to inspect it. Report take. 

Wires Down

A report of wires down at 2:57 p.m. Thursday on Hanson Road. Investigated.
