LYNN

Arrests

Noah Beers, 21, of Willow Street, was arrested at 11:21 a.m. Wednesday for charges of assault and battery, strangulation or suffocation, and mayhem. 

Dustin Holmes, 36, of Peach Street, was arrested 2:20 a.m. Wednesday for charges of breaking and entering, shoplifting, destruction of property, Class A drug possession, Class B drug possession, and Class C drug possession. 

Urvens Simon, 36, of Fosdick Terrace, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. 

Jose Taveras Butten, of Cottage Street, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. Wednesday for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. 

Alarms

Reports of fire alarms at 12:48 a.m. Wednesday on Broad Street, 6:13 a.m. on Whiting Street, 8:31 a.m. on Herschel Street, 10:01 p.m. on Henry Avenue, and 10:18 p.m. on Surfside Road.

Breaking and Entering

A report of breaking and entering at 3:03 p.m. on Common Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 1:11 a.m. Wednesday on Central Square, 8:04 a.m. on Market Street, 12:11 p.m. on Lynnway, 2:45 p.m. on Den Quarry Road, 5:38 p.m. on Hutchinsons Court, 7:07 p.m. on Empire Street, and 11:02 p.m. on Henry Avenue.

Arrests

Nicholas W. Ferullo, 36, of Raymond Circle, was arrested at 1:41 a.m. Wednesday for a charge of assault and battery on ambulance personnel.

David W. Pierce Jr., 58, of Wallis Street, was arrested at 8:17 a.m. Wednesday for a charge of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Tori M. Lucreziano, 31, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. Wednesday for charges of Class B drug possession and no inspection/sticker.
