LYNN

Arrests 

Jairo Alves Misquita, 52, of Charles Street, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. Tuesday for charges of drinking in public.

Jeffrey Brodie, 47, of Oak Ridge Terrace, was arrested at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday for charges of assault and battery, Class B drug possession, Class E drug possession, possessing alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. 

Inegust Dyce, 29, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. Tuesday for charges of trespassing. 

Daniel Nolasco Juarez, 19, of Archer Street, was arrested at 11:39 a.m. Tuesday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Ildermineson St-Louis, 26, of Manson Street, was arrested at 6:48 p.m. Tuesday for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle, and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.

Alarms

Reports of fire alarms at 12:08 a.m. Tuesday on Mansfield Place, 1:31 a.m. on Common Street, 5:23 p.m. on Henry Avenue, and 6:23 p.m. on Morrill Plaza.

Assault 

A report of assault at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday on Grove Street.

A report of assault and battery at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday on Union Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of past breaking and entering at 6:33 a.m. Tuesday on Union Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday on Waverly Street and 11:26 a.m. on Robinson Street. 

Fights

Reports of fights at 2:47 a.m. Tuesday on Holyoke Street and 12:12 p.m. on Summer Street. 

Hazardous Conditions

Reports of hazardous conditions at 7:19 p.m. Tuesday on Farrar Street and 9:51 p.m. on Cottage Street. 

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 2:50 p.m. at Washington Street and 4:16 p.m. on Washington Street.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 12:47 and 2:29 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street, 3:12 p.m. and 3:27 p.m. on Chestnut Street, 3:17 p.m. on Oxford Street, 4:12 p.m. on Essex Street, 4:49 p.m. on Baldwin Street, 7 p.m. on Lynnway, 8:52 p.m. on Franklin Street, and 9:57 p.m. on Federal Street.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 5:42 p.m. and 6:39 p.m. Tuesday on Essex Street, 6:08 p.m. on Maple Street, 7:03 p.m. on Neptune Boulevard, 7:32 p.m. on Eastern Avenue, 8:02 p.m. on State Street, 8:26 p.m. on on Boston Street, and 11:09 p.m. on Mason Street. 

Reports of motor vehicle problems at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday on Wyoma Square and 9:52 p.m. on Common Street.

Shoplifting 

A report of shoplifting at 5 p.m. Tuesday on Lynnway.

Threats

A report of threats at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday on Neptune Boulevard 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 6:06 a.m. and 3:39 p.m. Tuesday on Essex Street, 12:25 p.m. on Joyce Street, and 7:12 p.m. on Neptune Boulevard. 

Uninvited Guests

Reports of uninvited guests at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday on Common Street and 10:20 a.m. on Harwood Street.

 

SAUGUS

Arrest

William A. Nagle, a 17-and-over male, of Packard Drive (Braintree), was arrested at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday for charges of two warrants, shoplifting by concealing merchandise (second offense), and unlawful possession of a theft detection shielding device. 

Josue Camargo Borges, a 17-and-over male, of Lincoln Avenue, was arrested at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of a default warrant.

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 12:12 p.m. Tuesday on Hampstead Street. Animal control was checking on an animal. Services rendered.

Assist Citizen

A report of assisting a citizen at 4:59 p.m. Tuesday at Dynasty Auto Tops on Central Street. Caller reported a customer’s car was stolen from the property. Customer confirmed they picked up the vehicle. No police service necessary.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday at the Avalon Motel on Broadway. Caller reported a female who was refusing to leave the lobby, causing a disturbance. Services rendered.

DPW Complaint

A report of a DPW complaint at 1:39 p.m. Tuesday on Central Street. Officer reported tree limbs off the side of the road that needed to be removed. DPW notified. 

Fraud

A report of credit card fraud at 3:37 p.m. Tuesday at the Public Safety Building on Hamilton Street. A walk-in reported their Amazon account was hacked into and a $195 order was purchased. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a break and entry into a motor vehicle at 10:14 a.m. Tuesday on Meadowbrook Road. A man went into the station and reported that two vehicles parked in his driveway had been broken into. Report taken; a report at 5:53 p.m. on Makepeace Street. Caller reported her vehicle was broken into. Services rendered. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday on Walnut Street. Caller reported she was involved in an accident and the back of her head hurts. Removed to hospital. 

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 1:52 p.m. Tuesday on Viking Road. Caller reported a vehicle he believed was abandoned and had been parked across his home for more than ten days. Investigated.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 5:33 p.m. Tuesday on Vine Street at Long Street. No police service necessary.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday at Macy’s. Loss prevention called to report a shoplifter who was in custody; a report at 9:14 p.m. at Target on Lynn Fells Parkway. Loss prevention was requesting an officer to assist with a male shoplifter who had been apprehended. Report taken.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:33 a.m. Tuesday on Maple Street. Caller reported witnessing two males in gray hooded sweatshirts attempting to go through his aunt’s vehicle. Area search negative.

Unwanted Party

A report of an unwanted party at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday at Kohl’s on Broadway. Loss prevention reported someone in the stock room not willing to leave. Services rendered.

Reports of area checks at 2:58 a.m. Tuesday on Doherty Circle, 3:13 a.m. on Duncan Terrace, 8:12 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 9:03 a.m. on Paradise Road, 10:29 a.m. on Salem Street, and 6:59 p.m. on Essex Street.

Larceny

A report of larceny at 11:52 a.m. Tuesday on Sampson Avenue.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday on Paradise Road.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 11:03 a.m. Tuesday on Paradise Road, 11:08 a.m. on Burrill Street, 12:19 p.m. on Salem Street, 7:33 p.m. on Brewster Terrace and Walker Road, 8:02 p.m. on Middlesex Avenue, and 8:32 p.m. on Cardillo Way and Humphrey Street.
