LYNN

Arrests 

Yvonne Dore, 50, of Warren Street, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Wednesday for charges of defacing property, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

Victor Lopez, 41, of Common Street, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday for charges of Class B drug possession, trespassing, and resisting arrest. 

Ashlee Mootrey, 29, of Lawrence Street, was arrested at 12:52 p.m. Wednesday for charges of daytime breaking and entering, larceny, Class A drug possession, trespassing, and destruction of property.

Rey Pacheco Lugo, 36, of Chatham Street, was arrested at 8:39 a.m. Wednesday for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and improper operation of a motor vehicle.

Jonathan Santiago, 42, of Willow Street, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Wednesday for charges of breaking and entering.

Venessa Womack, 34, of Edgemere Road, was arrested at 9:24 a.m. Wednesday for charges of destruction of property and larceny.

Alarms

A report of a fire alarm at 12:10 p.m. Wednesday on O’Callaghan Way. 

Assault and Battery

A report of assault and battery at 1:02 p.m. Wednesday on Woodman Street.

Breaking and Entering

A report of past breaking and entering at 6:24 p.m. on Willow Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at  2:59 a.m. Wednesday on High Street, 8:23 a.m. on Virginia Terrace, 10:42 a.m. and 12:34 p.m. on Essex Street, 3:48 p.m. on North Common Street, 5:45 p.m. on Blossom Street, 6:03 p.m. on Union Street, and 8:26 p.m. on Parkland Avenue. 

Hazardous Conditions 

Reports of hazardous conditions at 5:06 p.m. Wednesday on Great Woods Road and 9:19 p.m. on High Street. 

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 12:03 p.m. Wednesday on Market Square, 12:37 p.m. on Johnson Street, 7:58 p.m. on Fayette Street, and 8:13 p.m. on Broad Street. 

Missing Persons

A report of a missing person at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday on Waterhill Street. 

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 6:26 a.m. Wednesday on Broad Street, 8:45 a.m. on Maple Street, 2:36 p.m. on Franklin Street, 3:13 p.m. on Market Street, and 9:04 p.m. on Goodridge Street. 

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 1:34 a.m. Wednesday on Myrtle Street, 6:52 a.m. and 2:50 p.m. on State Street, 7:36 a.m. on Market Square, 10:39 a.m. on Eastern Avenue, 10:51 a.m. on Sidney Avenue,  6:54 p.m. and 9:09 p.m. on Chestnut Street, 7:56 p.m. on Neptune Boulevard, 9:02 p.m. on Western Avenue, 8:26 p.m. on Washington Street, 8:54 p.m. on Boston Street, 10:53 p.m. on Essex Street, and 11:17 p.m. on Broadway.

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 5:35 a.m. Wednesday on Tracy Avenue.

Reports of noises at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday on High Street and 9:06 p.m. on Munroe Street. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 11:43 a.m. Wednesday on Joyce Street.

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 1:46 a.m. Wednesday on Essex Street and 1:31 p.m. on North Common Street.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Jamell T. Axell, 30, of Moulton Street, was arrested at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday Peabody District Court on Lowell Street for a charge of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Hyesook Cote, 68, of Lowell Street, was arrested at 9:18 p.m. Wednesday for a charge of another department’s warrant.

Joseph Daniel Fialkowski, 26, of Felton Street, was arrested at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday for a charge of another department’s warrant.

Wilson J. Garcia, 39, of Wilson Street in Lynn, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. Wednesday for charges of marked lanes violations and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Alarms

A report of a hold-up alarm at 6:29 a.m. Wednesday at Highliner Foods on Jubilee Drive.

Assist Citizen

Reports of assisting citizens at 5:36 p.m. Wednesday at The Police Department on Allens Lane and 11:50 p.m. at Spring Hill Suites on Newbury Street.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 9:53 p.m. Wednesday on Lowell Street.

Reports of motor vehicle parking complaints at 9:53 a.m. Wednesday on Pulaski Street and North Central Street, 1:46 p.m. on Hancock Street, and 6:46 p.m. at Lt. Ross Park on Johnson Street.

A report of motor vehicle parking enforcement at 8:17 a.m. Wednesday on Cashman Road.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday on Princeton Street and Norwich Road, 12:12 p.m. at Barnes and Noble on Andover Street, 4:58 p.m. on Lynnfield Street, 5:55 p.m. on Willis Road, 6:58 p.m. on Andover Street and Route 128 North, 7:27 p.m. on Sherman Street, 9:18 p.m. on Lowell Street and Russell Street, and 11:34 p.m. at Petrillos on Foster Street.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 4:38 a.m. Wednesday on Lowell Street and 10:11 p.m. at James Street Park on James Street.

Trespassing

A report of trespassing at 4:24 p.m. Wednesday at Salem Country Club on Forest Street.

Vandalism

A report of vandalism at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday at Upton Manor on Walnut Street.

 

SAUGUS

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday at The Computer Store Inc. on Central Street. Building appears to be secure; a report at 11:05 a.m. on Essex Street. Dispatch canceled by alarm company.

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 2:27 a.m. Wednesday at Peter’s Pizza on Hamilton Street. Caller reported he was an employee and he was having a disturbance with a DoorDash driver who didn’t confirm an order. No such person can be found; a report at 1:19 p.m. at Sullivan Tire on Broadway. Caller reported a customer was causing a disturbance over services he refused to pay for. Peace restored.

DPW Complaint

A report of a DPW complaint at 3:54 a.m. Wednesday at Sizzle Tanning Salon at Cogliano’s Plaza on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported there was a large branch in the roadway. DPW notified. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:28 a.m. Wednesday at Walnut Place on Broadway. Caller reported a two-car accident with one patient who had a head injury. Report taken; a report at 11:03 a.m. on Walnut Street. Caller reported a two-vehicle accident with no injuries reported. One vehicle was leaking fluids. Report taken; a report at 1:31 p.m. at Sears on Broadway. Mall security reported a vehicle into a tree on the sidewalk. Report taken.  

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday on Main Street. Verbal warning; a report at 10:49 a.m. on Walnut Street. Verbal warning. 

Shoplifting

A report of a shoplifting at 2:35 p.m. at Macy’s on Broadway. Loss prevention at Macy’s reported a male shoplifter who was apprehended and cooperative. Report taken. 

Suspicious Activities

A report of suspicious activity at 1:38 a.m. Wednesday on Denver Street at Maple Street. An unnamed caller from a private number reported a male party left a bike at Denver and Maple and was on foot in the backyard. Investigated, nothing found; a report at 2:42 a.m. on Stone Street at Intervale Avenue. Caller reported that he could see two males who were checking car doors. Area search negative.

 

SWAMPSCOTT

Area Checks

Reports of area checks at 1:29 a.m. Wednesday on Doherty Circle, 2:24 a.m. on Duncan Terrace, and 7:05 p.m. on Paradise Road.

Hazardous Conditions

A report of hazardous conditions at 4:28 p.m. Wednesday on Barnstable Street.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 3:14 p.m. Wednesday on Humphrey Street and 3:33 p.m. on Danvers Road.

A report of a motor vehicle hit and run at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday on Beach Bluff Avenue and Humphrey Street.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday on Devens Road and Walker Road.

Traffic Enforcement Posts
