LYNN

Arrests

Miguel Buret, 21, of Kings Hill Drive, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. Monday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with modified height.

Jamal Johnson, 33, of Western Avenue, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Monday for charges of assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and threatening to commit a crime. 

Ramon Martinez Castillo, 28, of Robinson Street, was arrested at 5:18 a.m. Monday for charges of operating under the influence, possessing alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, negligence operation of a motor vehicle, failure to use a turn signal, and failure to stop or yield.

Eleodoro Nolasco-Mendez, 29, of Park Avenue, was arrested at 4:53 p.m. Monday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed window, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, and failure to stop or yield.

Armando Ramirez, 26, of Autumn Street, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. Monday for charges of operating under the influence, possessing alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, equipment violation, and resisting arrest.

Noeuth Souy, 38, of Hovey Terrace, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Monday for charges of operating under the influence and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

A report of a fire alarm at 10:25 a.m. Monday on Collins Street.

Assault and Battery

A report of assault and battery at 6:45 p.m. Monday on State Street.

Breaking and Entering

Reports of past breaking and entering at 7:11 a.m. Monday on Lynnway and 5:26 p.m. on Newcastle Street.

Kermith A. Henriquez, 46, of Burnham Street in Gloucester, was arrested at 1:53 a.m. Monday for charges of trespassing.

Vielka J. Diaz, 55, of Jackson Street in Salem, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. Monday for charges of another department’s warrant.

Stephanie Sadie Cahill, 36, of Jean Avenue in Lowell, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Monday for charges of another department’s warrant.

Stephen R. Cenix, 44, of Hampson Street in Dracut, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Monday for charges of Class B drug possession and marked lanes violations.

Reports of burglar alarms at 5:02 a.m. Monday at Santana’s Barbershop on Washington Street, 7 a.m. on Pinewood Road, and 9:48 a.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses on Endicott Street.

A report of a fire alarm at 8:53 p.m. Monday on Hilltop Drive.
