The third annual Win-4-All pickleball tournament brought together players, sponsors, and spectators from across the North Shore for a weekend of spirited play, camaraderie, and community impact — all in support of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn. The event raised more than $35,000, the highest total since the tournament was founded by TQM Wealth Partners three years ago.

“Partnerships like the one we have with TQM Wealth Partners and Marblehead Pickleball are vital to the success of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn.” said Natalie Martinez, CEO of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn. “This collaboration demonstrates how two communities can unite around a shared goal — supporting under-resourced girls and opening new doors of opportunity. Together, we’re helping girls discover confidence, resilience, and leadership through programs made possible by events like this.”

For Marcel Quiroga, CEO of TQM Wealth Partners, founder of the tournament and Girls Inc. board member, the event’s record-breaking success reflects the power of community driven philanthropy.

“We’re proud to see how this tournament has grown each year,” Quiroga said. “The generosity of our volunteers, sponsors, and all involved made this year’s event our most successful yet. It’s about more than pickleball — it’s about people coming together to invest in the next generation of strong, smart, and bold young women.”

Marblehead Pickleball, a co-organizer, emphasized the tournament’s role in building community through friendly competition.

“Pickleball has a unique way of connecting people,” said Lisa Spinale of Marblehead Pickleball. “The Win-4-All tournament is a perfect example of that — a fun, competitive event made possible by the enthusiasm of our players and vendors. Their commitment turned great matches into meaningful impact.”

Funds raised will support a full year of programming for more than 35 girls, all at no cost to them or their families. Organizers have already announced that next year’s Win-4-All Tournament will take place on Sept, 19, promising another exciting weekend of play for a powerful cause.
