LYNN 

Arrests

Devin Walsh, 21, of Greenwood Road (Peabody), was arrested for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a speeding violation. 

Jose Ramirez, 32, of Adams Street, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Thursday for charges of operating with a suspended license for an OUI, an open container of alcohol, and false ID info. Ramirez was issued warrants for reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor (second offense), unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, false ID info, and a miscellaneous municipal ordinance.  

Assault and Battery

A report of assault and battery at 9:37 a.m. Thursday on Lawton Avenue. 

Con/Scam

Reports of cons/scams at 9:35 a.m. on Hanover Street and 7:28 p.m. on Gardiner Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 6:33 a.m. Thursday on Whiting Street, 1:44 p.m. on Granite Street, 2:08 p.m. on Union Street and Washington Street, 2:40 p.m. on Willow Street, 4:11 p.m. on Willow Street, and 5:58 p.m. on Washington Street.

Larcenies

Reports of larcenies at 9:36 a.m. Thursday on Goodridge Street and 11:28 a.m. on Fiske Avenue. 

Missing Persons

Reports of missing persons at 3:38 a.m. Thursday on Elmwood Avenue and 6:23 p.m. on Johnson Street. 

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 1:41 a.m. Thursday on Stanwood Street, 7:51 a.m. on Chatham Street, 10:11 a.m. on Western Avenue, 12:20 p.m. on Broadway and Miller Place, 12:32 p.m. on Baldwin Street and Buffum Street, 2:48 p.m. on Commercial Street, 3:17 p.m. on Ocean Street, 3:51 p.m. on High Rock Street, 5:15 p.m. on Boston Street, 5:47 p.m. on Blair Court, 8:29 p.m. at Burger King on Boston Street, and 10:52 p.m. on Linwood Road. 

A report of a motor vehicle theft at 2:47 p.m. Thursday on Commercial Street. 

Noise

Reports of noise at 12:44 a.m. Thursday on Orchard Street, 2:14 a.m., on Orchard Street, 6:23 a.m. on Clifton Avenue,  and 10:38 p.m. on Parrott Street. 

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 3:36 p.m. Thursday at Walmart on Lynnway. 

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 1:39 p.m. Thursday on Lynnfield Street, 3:05 p.m. on State Street, 4:06 p.m. on Canal Street, 5:32 p.m. on Chatham Street and Sidney Avenue, and 6:15 p.m. on Munroe Street. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 7:13 a.m. Thursday at the Ellis Street parking lot and 9:08 a.m. on Flint Lane. 

Unwanted Guest

A report of an unwanted guest at 10:34 a.m. Thursday on Rand Street. 

SAUGUS

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 9:03 a.m. Thursday on Newhall Avenue. Services rendered. 

Animal Complaint

A report of an animal complaint at 9:17 a.m. Thursday on Atkinson Drive. Investigated.

Assist Citizen 

A walk-in report of assisting a citizen at 1 p.m. Thursday on Harlow Street. A person walked into the station and reported that her phone was left on the street, and she was having trouble getting in contact with the homeowner. Services rendered. 

Neighborhood Dispute

A report of a neighborhood dispute at 11:40 a.m. Thursday on Pearson Street. Caller reported a neighborhood dispute and stated she had her neighbor on Ring camera footage taking trash and throwing it on her porch. Peace restored. 

Motor Vehicles

A walk-in report of larceny of a motor vehicle at 2:32 p.m. on Thursday on Central Street. A man went into the station and reported his vehicle had been stolen. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:17 a.m. Thursday at 7-Eleven on Lincoln Avenue. A lieutenant reported that it was reported to him that there was an accident with injury at the intersection. Removed to the hospital. Removed to the hospital; a report at 11:15 a.m. at LA Fitness on Broadway. The caller reported a minor accident in the parking lot. There were no injuries. Services rendered: a report at 3:50 p.m. on Sumner Street at Pace Road. Report taken; a report at 5:32 p.m. on Essex Street at Broadway. The caller reported what appeared to be a minor accident, and it appeared the involved parties were yelling at each other. Area search negative.  

Suspicious Person

A report of a suspicious person at 4:56 p.m. Thursday on Ballard Street. The caller reported a male wearing all black was going into yards. Services rendered.

Reports of area checks at 7:47 p.m. Thursday on Atlantic Avenue, 9:12 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 9:19 p.m. on Burrill Street, 9:29 p.m. on Cherry Court.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 2:39 p.m. Thursday on Humphrey Street, 2:43 p.m. on Upper Jackson Park, and 4:31 p.m. on Humphrey Street,

Prowler

Reports of a prowler at 2:37 a.m. Thursday on Pine Street and 10:02 p.m. on Harrison Avenue.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 3:44 p.m. Thursday on Paradise Road.

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 11:31 a.m. Thursday on Walker Road.

Traffic Enforcement Posts
