PEABODY — The Bishop Fenwick boys soccer team celebrated Senior Night on Monday with a 1-0 win over Swampscott.
After a scoreless first half, Edwin Flores found the back of the net off a Jackson Armata assist to give the Crusaders the lead.
Bishop Fenwick’s defense held strong the rest of the way as freshman goalie Mason Oreste recorded another shutout.

St. Mary’s 4
Archbishop Williams 1
St. Mary’s cruised to a 4-1 win over Archbishop Williams at Manning Field on Monday evening.
Forward Ryan Buser scored twice to fuel the Spartans, while Jade Abila and Gabriel Sykes also added goals to power St. Mary’s past their Catholic Central League rival.
The win marked the final regular-season game for St. Mary’s, which finished by winning six of its last eight contests. The Spartans now await their tournament pairings.
St. John’s Prep 2
Leominster 0
St. John’s Prep junior JJ Koulalis scored a goal in each half to lead the Eagles past Leominster on the road.
Mike Hutchinson assisted Koulalis’ second goal, and senior goalie Matt Droggitis made four saves for his 12th shutout of the season.
St. John’s Prep improves to 14-1-2.

Winthrop 1
The two evenly matched teams battled to a draw. Winthrop senior Sami Nessasi scored for the Vikings.
With the tie, Winthrop clinched a share of the Northeastern Conference South title for the first time in program history.

The Sachems ended their regular season in dominant fashion, scoring six goals — five in the second half — to roll past Triton.

Bishop Fenwick went on the road and earned a 3-0 win at Blocksidge Field.
The Crusaders’ defense held firm to post a shutout against a talented Swampscott offense.

Billerica Memorial 1
The Sachems tied Billerica Memorial, 1-1, at Christie Serino Jr. Memorial Athletic Complex.
Billerica struck first with a half-volley that tucked under the crossbar in the first half.
In the second, Shawn Sewell sent a long pass forward to her sister, Shalyn Sewell, who controlled the ball and fired a shot into the bottom corner to even the score.
Head coach April Martinez praised defenders Maria Garcia and Lauren Mudafort for “outstanding” play and goalie Peyton DiBiasio for a “great game in net.”
The match was Saugus’ final regular-season contest.
