To the editor:
I’m writing this letter in support of candidates for Mayor, City Council, and School Committee.
While Mayor Nicholson is unopposed, in politics, doing well by a large percentage of the voters is a gauge as to how well they are doing their respective job. I believe Mayor Nicholson is doing a fine job for Lynn and deserves a good vote.
For City Council, I’m supporting Brian Field and Nicole McClain. Both incumbents continue doing an outstanding job for Lynn.
For School Committee, I’m supporting incumbent Lorraine Gately. Lorraine is a true professional and very committed to the Lynn school system. I’m also supporting incumbent Lenny Peña, a dedicated member of the School Committee.
I am also supporting new candidate Stacy M. Bryant Brown. In reading her background, Stacy has great qualifications for School Committee. I believe Stacy will be a great asset to the Lynn school system.
I’m urging the voters of Lynn to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 4 and to consider voting for these candidates.
