Arrests

Bianca Rivera, 33, of Winter Street, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. Sunday for charges of credit card fraud under $1200, larceny under $1200, and identity fraud. 

Alarms

Report of a fire alarm at 2:49 p.m. Sunday on Essex Street. 

Assault

Report of an assault at 9:02 a.m. Sunday on Border Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 1:52 a.m. Sunday on Mansfield Place, at 3:18 a.m. on Bridge Street, and at 5:30 p.m. on Elizabeth Street. 

Hazardous Conditions

Report of a hazardous condition at 6:12 p.m. Sunday on Lynn Shore Drive.

Larceny

Report of larceny at 3:58 p.m. Sunday on Lowell Street.

Report of past motor vehicle breaking and entering at 1:12 p.m. Sunday on Reed Street. 

Reports of motor vehicle problems at 9:21 a.m. Sunday on Beacon Hill Avenue, and at 4:43 p.m. on Northern Avenue. 

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 2:16 a.m. Sunday on Commercial Street, at 2:32 a.m. on Lynnway, at 2:33 a.m. on Ford Street, at 2:38 a.m. on Union Street, at 9:41 a.m. on Lynnway, and at 11:18 a.m. on Union Street. 

Report of a motor vehicle theft at 12:39 p.m. Sunday on Needhams Landing Road. 

Noises

Reports of noises at 2:02 a.m. Sunday on Lynnway, at 2:05 a.m. on South Common Street, at 12:42 p.m. on Gateway Lane, and at 4:21 p.m. on Lewis Street. 

Robbery

Reports of a robbery at 11:44 a.m. Sunday on Neptune Street. 

Trespassing

Reports of trespassing at 8:19 a.m. Sunday on South Common Street and at 3:07 p.m. on Fayette Court. 

Vandalism

Reports of vandalism at 8:00 a.m. Sunday on Locust Street and at 4:11 p.m. on Eastern Avenue. 

SAUGUS

Break and Enter/Burglary

A report of breaking and entering/burglary at 8:30 a.m. Monday at Vapor Zone on Broadway. Caller reported the front door was smashed in and it appeared to be a break-in. Report taken. 

Citizen Assistance

A report of citizen assistance at 12:16 a.m. Sunday at Macy’s on Broadway. Macy’s loss prevention called and requested an escort into the mall. Services rendered. 

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 12:01 p.m. Sunday at Wood Spring Extended Stay on Broadway. Caller was an employee reporting a male and female in the lobby making threats and refusing to leave. Peace restored; a report at 12:17 p.m. at McGarvey Towing on Frank Bennett Highway. Caller reported her vehicle was towed, and they were requesting court-issued paperwork before they returned her vehicle. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicle

A report of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle at 6:35 a.m. Monday at the Holiday Inn on Broadway. Report taken.

A report of a larceny of a motor vehicle at 10:18 a.m. at the Holiday Inn on Broadway. Caller reported his vehicle was stolen at some point during the overnight while parked at the Holiday Inn. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 12:10 p.m. at Kohl’s on Broadway. Caller reported she was rear-ended, and the male was yelling at her. Services rendered; a report at 5:06 p.m. at Walgreens on Broadway. There were multiple 911 calls for a two-car accident with no injuries, but there was a newborn in the car. Report taken. 

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 12:14 a.m. Sunday at the Square One Mall parking garage on Broadway. Mall security wanted assistance moving a group of vehicles off the parking structure. Dispersed gathering.

A report of unlawful operation of a motor vehicle at 3:19 a.m. Sunday at Chipotle on Broadway. Officer reported conducting a motor vehicle stop. The vehicle was found to have a revoked insurance status, no registration, and no valid inspection sticker. Report taken. 

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 4:16 a.m. Monday on Winter Street. Caller reported a group of juveniles jumping on a trampoline and screaming. Services rendered. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 2:18 a.m. Sunday on Hamilton Street. Caller reported she believed her neighbor was maliciously ringing her doorbell at late hours. Services rendered; a report at 9:57 a.m. at the UPS Warehouse on the Salem Turnpike. Building appears to be secure.

Reports of area checks at 1:16 a.m. Sunday on Pine Street, 5:08 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, 5:22 p.m. on Burrill Street, and 6:11 p.m. on Forest Avenue,

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 2:29 p.m. Sunday on Berkshire Street and Middlesex Avenue, 3:20 p.m. on Humphrey Street, 9:26 p.m. on Elmwood Road and Monument Avenue, and 9:57 p.m. on Huron Street.

Noise

A report of noise at 11:39 p.m. Sunday on Paradise Road.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 1:07 a.m. Sunday on Doherty Circle, 12:09 p.m. on Paradise Road, and 11:27 p.m. on Paradise Road.
