DANVERS — Northeast Arc, a not-for-profit organization that helps children and adults with disabilities and autism become full participants in the community, has been named a Top Workplace in Massachusetts.
This is the second year that Northeast Arc has been recognized as a Top Workplace, ranking 14th among the largest employers in the state (those with 1,000 employees or more). Northeast Arc was the highest-ranked human services agency in the Commonwealth.
“I am thrilled Northeast Arc has been recognized as a Top Workplace for the second year in a row,” said Jo Ann Simons, president and CEO of Northeast Arc. “We are a human services leader in our region because of our amazing team, and this award is recognition of everything they do to change lives and discover abilities every day.”
This is the second recent honor for Northeast Arc; in November, it was named one of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts by The Boston Globe and Women’s Edge.
