To the editor:
I am responding to the Dec. 6 edition of The Daily Item, “Where have all the good men gone?” I am much older than the writer, but I have a few observations. The writer wants services (change my tire) and to be paid for (pick up the check). Men are no longer willing to provide services and cash to you. You have a job, correct? You can pay to have your tire changed and for your drinks and meal. Why do men not want to support you — maybe because you insult them on a TikTok post-date? Ladies, take care of yourselves. It is not a man’s job anymore — it is what you have said you wanted. We now believe you.
