December 26, 2025 by Amanda Lurey

PEABODY — Two youth organizations — Girl Scout Troop 76125 and Peabody Veterans Memorial High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corp — are hosting Christmas tree pick-up fundraisers for Tillie’s Farm Stand’s Fire at the Farm, an event on Jan. 3, 2026 where Christmas trees will be burned in a large bonfire.

Both organizations are asking for $10 donations, which are good for one Christmas tree pick-up during the week of Dec. 29. The Peabody Veterans Memorial High School Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps’s proceeds will stay within its organization, funding future endeavors. For the Girl Scouts, all donations will go toward the Troop’s upcoming Europe trip, where they will learn more about various countries, cultures, and people.

For the PVMHS AFJROTC, fill out this form to participate. Submissions and payment must be received no later than Dec. 28 to participate and guarantee pick-up. Trees must be left curbside by 8 a.m. on Dec. 29 for pick-up. PVMHS AFJROTC members remind all participants that trees must be completely undecorated, unbagged, and have no stands at the time of pick-up.

For the Girl Scouts, fill out this form to participate. Submissions and payment must be received before Dec. 27 to participate and guarantee pick-up. Trees must be left curbside by 8 a.m. on Dec. 29 for pick-up. The Girl Scouts remind all participants that trees must be completely undecorated, unbagged, and have no stands at the time of pick-up.

Additionally, Girl Scout cookie orders can also be placed via the submission form while signing up for the Christmas tree pick-up. The cookies will be delivered at the time of pick-up.
