Arrests

Eduardo Lopez Ramos, 35, of Murphy Avenue, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. Sunday for a charge of electronic use while operating a motor vehicle.

Roberto Santiago, 39, of Clifton Avenue, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. Sunday for a charge of a courtesy booking.

Reports of alarms at 6:32 a.m. Sunday on Cook Street, 6:32 a.m. on Eastern Avenue, 6:35 a.m. on Baldwin Street, 6:38 a.m. on Herbert Street, 6:56 a.m. on Union Center, 8:04 a.m. at the Santo Domingo Grocery on Chestnut Street, 1 p.m. on Union Street, 1:21 p.m. on Euclid Avenue, and 11:13 p.m. on Allerton Street. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 5:59 p.m. Sunday on Franklin Street and 10:20 p.m. on Liberty and Washington Street.

Motor Vehicle 

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 12:13 a.m. Sunday on Lynnfield Street, 6:41 a.m. on Eastern Avenue and Essex Street, 9:10 a.m. on Beacon Hill Avenue, 10:04 a.m. on Boston Street and Chestnut Street, 5:16 p.m. on Regent Place, 5:18 p.m. on Boston Street, 6:04 p.m. at the Walmart on the Lynnway, 8:55 p.m. on Lowell Street and Neptune Street, and 9:42 p.m. on Wyman Street.

Noise

Reports of noise at 12:31 a.m. Sunday on Sheridan Street, 3:21 a.m. on Franklin Street, 5:08 a.m. on Union Street, 2:09 p.m. on Ashland Street, 2:14 p.m. on Ashland Street, 7:34 p.m. on Chase Street, 8:51 p.m. on Washington Street, and 11:59 a.m. on Franklin Street.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 1:13 p.m. Sunday at the Market Basket on Federal Street. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 8:35 a.m. Sunday at Healey Transportation on Riley Way. 

Trespassing 

Reports of trespassing at 1:39 a.m. Sunday on Friend Street, 8:38 a.m. on Union Street, 9:56 a.m. on Washington Street, and 6:40 p.m. on Friend Street.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Adrian Benjamin Celik, 22, of Church Street (Salem), was arrested at 12:24 a.m. Sunday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle, and no inspection/sticker.

Derrick D. Horta, 32, of Washington Street, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. Sunday for a charge of assault and battery on a subsequent household member.

Reports of burglar alarms at 2:12 a.m. Sunday at From Brazil Restaurant and Lounge on Walnut Street and 4:01 a.m. at Main Street Discount Liquor on Main Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 1:21 a.m. Sunday on Walnut Street, 1:40 a.m. on Central Street, 5:26 p.m. at Autobody Shop on Foster Street, and 11:54 p.m. on Northend Street.

Fraud

A report of fraud at 1:27 p.m. Sunday on Wilson Terrace.

Missing Person Located

A report of locating a missing person at 1:05 p.m. Sunday at Tannery Two on Crowninshield Street.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 11:04 a.m. Sunday at Main Street Discount Liquor on Main Street, 1:11 p.m. on Lynn Street and Bartholomew Street, and 6:26 p.m. on Tracey Street.

Reports of motor vehicle parking complaints at 9:04 a.m. Sunday at D’Orsi’s Bakery and Delicatessen on Washington Street, 10:50 a.m. at DEV Convenient Store on Lake Street, and 5:38 p.m. on Esquire Drive.

A report of motor vehicle parking enforcement at 6:57 a.m. Sunday on Tremont Place.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 12:24 a.m. Sunday on Buttonwood Lane and Fairmount Road, 1:35 a.m. at Gaucho Burgers on Lowell Street, 1:46 a.m. at Northeast Veterinary Hospital on Lowell Street, 2:23 a.m. at Wilson Square Gas on Andover Street, 3:37 p.m. at Peabody Sunoco on Lynn Street, 4:09 p.m. on Sylvan Street, 4:21 p.m. on Lowell Street, 4:56 p.m. on Russell Street and Roosevelt Avenue, 5:19 p.m. on Russell Street, and 5:25 p.m. on Russell Street.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 7:22 p.m. Sunday at Tannery Two on Crowninshield Street.

Shoplifting

A report of shoplifting at 3:59 p.m. Sunday at Sephora on Andover Street.

Structure Fire

A report of a structure fire at 2:17 p.m. Sunday on Murdock Drive. An anonymous caller reported a possible large fire. It was just a barbecue.

 

SAUGUS

Arrest

Priscilla Dianna Figueroa, a 17-and-over female of Ward Street in Revere, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. Sunday for charges of operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, child endangerment while operating under the influence, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and no inspection/sticker. 

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 2:06 a.m. Sunday on Tuttle Street. Caller reported a male screaming outside. Peace restored; a report at 2:29 p.m. at the Veterans Early Learning Center on Hurd Avenue. Caller reported his scooter was stolen. Returned to home/family; a report at 2:57 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported his customer was refusing to pay the cab fare. Peace restored. 

Found Property

A report of found property at 12:12 p.m. Sunday at McGarvey Towing on Bennett Highway. Caller reported she was at McGarvey Towing for a recovered motor vehicle and wanted to turn in property she found in the vehicle. Services rendered; a report at 6:01 p.m. at the Essex Street fire station on Essex Street. Services rendered.   

Harassment

A report of harassment at 1:12 p.m. Sunday on Jasper Street. Caller reported she received a text message from her landlord stating he shut off her heat. Services rendered. 

Larceny

A report of larceny at 6:22 p.m. Sunday at Eliot Community Human Services on Broadway. Caller reported his personal items were stolen from inside the laundry facility. Services rendered. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 2:20 p.m. Sunday at Bob’s Store on Broadway. Verbal warning; a report at 7:08 p.m. on Central Street at Vermont Avenue. Verbal warning.  

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 4:17 a.m. Sunday at Saugus North Professional Building on Walnut Street. Caller reported a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Investigated. 

Noise Complaint

A report of a noise complaint at 12:10 a.m. Sunday at the Essex Street fire station on Essex Street. It was reported that a car was playing loud music in the back parking lot. Services rendered.
