NEW CORONAVIRUS CASES, BUT NO ADDITIONAL DEATHS
New coronavirus cases, but no additional deaths were reported in Lynn, Revere and Saugus on Tuesday.
Numbers remained the same or were not updated in several other North Shore communities.
In Lynn, 11 new cases were reported to bring the city’s caseload to 4,380. Of that total, 637 cases are active, 111 people have died and 3,632 have recovered, according to city data.
Revere reported 21 new cases on Tuesday to bring the city’s total number of cases to 2,238. Ninety-four people have died and 2,031 have recovered, according to the city website.
Twelve new cases have been reported in Saugus since last Thursday. The town has now reported 628 cases and 39 deaths.
Numbers remained unchanged in Nahant, which has reported 50 cases and six deaths, and were not updated in Lynnfield, Marblehead, Peabody, or Swampscott.
As of Monday, Lynnfield had 111 cases and 11 deaths, Marblehead had 255 cases and 30 deaths, and Peabody had 1,198 cases and 175 deaths. Swampscott (146 cases, 10 deaths) has not released updated numbers since last Wednesday.
