Story Time With Mayor Nicholson (4:30pm)
Join Mayor Nicholson for a Halloween story at the Lynn Public Library. The story time will be bilingual in English and Spanish.
City Hall Happenings (5:00pm)
– City Department Door Decorating Contest: Stop by City Hall departments and vote for the best-decorated door
– Photo Booth: Wear your favorite costume and take pictures in the City Hall foyer
Halloween GLOW Party (6:00pm)
– Join us in the Lynn Auditorium for kid-friendly music, dancing, glow sticks, and refreshments
