Please Note Our Studio Policies
Each project is lovingly prepped just for you, which means we’re unable to offer refunds—but we’re happy to help you still make the most of your experience!
If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to:
• Transfer your ticket to a friend
• Pick up a DIY take-home kit (when available)
• Join us at an open studio session within 60 days to complete your project
Need to make a change to your order after it’s placed? A $10 customization fee may apply to help cover materials and prep time.
If your project needs drying time and stays with us after your event, please pick it up within 30 days or contact us to arrange shipping ($10 flat rate). Projects not picked up within 6 month will be donated.
