After last week’s win against Malden, Lynn Classical’s football team (2-4) made it two in a row with Saturday’s 26-22 victory against Tech Boston Academy (1-4) at Manning Field.
That said, second-year Classical coach Brian Smith felt mixed emotions postgame.
“I was very disappointed in our play,” he said. “We’re just trying to get better each week.”
The Rams received three rushing touchdowns from Dylan Hoeun (70 yards rushing) and another from Charles Washington. Kalu Nasky hauled in two passes for 70 yards.
“Dylan Hoeun had a very good game and Charles had a big run in the fourth quarter,” Smith said.
Classical returns to Manning Field for next Saturday’s Senior Day. Kickoff against Revere is slated for 11 a.m.
