Arrests

Jade Cecille Fagundes, 29, of Glenway Avenue, was arrested at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday for charges of another department’s warrant and a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Dulan G. Moise, 32, of Newbury Street, was arrested at 9:41 a.m. Wednesday for charges of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Kevin Charles Labelle, 68, of Norton Terrace (Salem), was arrested at 5:23 p.m. Wednesday for charges of another department’s warrant.

Jennifer L. Jones, 40, of Munroe Street (Lynn), was arrested at 9:46 p.m. Wednesday for charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection/sticker, failure to signal, and obstruction of justice.

Michael Antonio Rossignoll, 39, of Wilson Terrace, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday for charges of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 6:38 a.m. Wednesday on Redington Street. The caller reported a person sitting on a chair on the sidewalk and appeared disoriented. The person turned out to be coherent and was given a ride to the commuter station; 11:01 a.m. on Parsons Drive.
