LYNN-Former prosecutor and Lynn native Gary Zerola has found a new job while under house arrest.According to published reports, Zerola, 36, once labeled as one of People Magazine?s “Most Eligible Bachelors” in 2001, will now be allowed to work at an insurance company from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. while serving house arrest.Last month, Zerola was found not guilty on charges that he tried to rape a 19-year-old woman in Boston in 2006, after he allegedly charmed her with expensive gifts and alcohol.He still faces allegations from two other young women and is next scheduled to go to trial in April on charges that he repeatedly raped a 19-year-old woman that he met at a bar and assaulted in his Boston apartment in 2004.Suffolk Superior Court Judge Regina Quinlan also forbid Zerola from socializing or drinking alcohol.In 2007, Zerola, who was freed on bail after being charged with the two Boston assaults, traveled to Miami, Fla. – a violation of his probation – to reportedly watch the New England Patriots play the Miami Dolphins with a girlfriend.On that trip, Zerola allegedly raped an 18-year-old woman that he met at a bar. He told police in Florida that he did not have sex with the woman.
