LYNN-One person is under arrest and two others are on the run from police after a brief pursuit Friday.According to Lynn Police Department spokesman Lt. William Sharpe, a stolen Chevy Cobalt was followed to the end of Witt Street by Officer Edward Tansey.Three people were inside the vehicle, but two of its occupants, including Richard Gaston, of 63 South St., quickly exited the vehicle and fled from the officer.Gaston?s brother, Ansy Gaston, of 62 Warren St., attempted to run away, but was restrained by Tansey, arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.A warrant for the arrest of Richard Gaston is being sought for receiving a stolen motor vehicle. The third suspect remains unidentified.Sharpe said division officers were unsuccessful in locating the suspect after a thorough search.
