LYNN – A 19-year-old Lynn man was arrested and charged with raping a child with force on Sunday after a 15-year-old girl alleged he forced her to perform oral sex on him and assaulted her, according to police reports.Danni Lopez of 18 Elmwood Ave. was charged with rape of a child with force and assault and battery.Judge Albert Conlon imposed a $5,000 cash bail at Lopez’ arraignment Monday in Lynn District Court and ordered him back to court today for a hearing, according to court documents.A police report says the alleged victim reported the rape to police on Feb. 26 but the incidents occurred Feb. 18 and 19.Shortly before midnight on Feb. 18 the victim says she and Lopez drank alcohol at his apartment and she became drunk but was aware of her surroundings. She became sick and vomited. She later became upset and started crying while sitting on Lopez’ bed, according to police. At that point the alleged rape occurred.The victim says the following night she and a relative gave Lopez a ride to a party when an argument occurred in the car and Lopez said a derogatory remark, eluding to the alleged sexual assault. When the car stopped, Lopez allegedly punched the 15-year-old girl several times and she fought back.An arrest warrant for Lopez was issued shortly after the victim reported the incident last week.
