SAUGUS – Police responding to a car crash Monday on Route 99 got the bare facts of the case once they realized what they were dealing with.Police say Priscilla Weaver, 38, of 29 Winter St., Saugus, was found naked from the waist down after she crashed her car into a telephone pole outside the Colonial Traveler Motel, causing severe damage to the pole and the car.According to a police report, Weaver was not wearing pants or underwear when rescuers found her at about noon. She was conscious but unresponsive and refused to cooperate.Weaver “had to be forcefully removed from the vehicle to be treated,” Officer Jeffrey Wood wrote in a police report.Police say a bottle of prescription Seroquel tablets with the label torn off was found in Weaver’s purse in addition to a marijuana pipe.Weaver was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital with non life-threatening injuries, police said.She was not arrested due to her medical condition but will be summonsed to Lynn District Court for operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a vehicle and possession of a class E substance.Police reports don’t indicate why Weaver was allegedly driving naked.?
