SALEM – Three local men and a woman were indicted Wednesday afternoon on separate cases for narcotics and arson crimes by an Essex County grand jury.Donald G. Armstrong, 42, of 471 Broadway, Lynnfield, is charged with burning a dwelling house in connection with the Nov. 10, 2008 arson of an unoccupied home at 28-30 Lewis St., in Lynn.The fire apparently was started in a storage area of the basement.Authorities believe Armstrong used a lighter to start the blaze, which reportedly caused approximately $50,000 in damage.Assistant District Attorney Christina Pujals Ronan is prosecuting the case.Euristene Ferraras, 25, of 102 Williams Ave., $3, Lynn, is charged with trafficking over 28 grams of heroin as well as trafficking over 14 grams of cocaine.The charges arise out of two incidents. On Sept. 29, 2009 he was caught peddling over 14 grams of cocaine in Lynn and then on Oct. 5, 2009 he was arrested after selling over 28 grams of heroin.Linda Ricciardelli, 43, of 5 Lincoln St., Peabody, charged with a series of indictments involving the sale of firearms and narcotics to an undercover officer between April 1 and May 4 at Lynn and Peabody.Robert Mills, 25, of 95 Park St., Lynn, charged with providing Ricciardelli two with the firearms sold to the undercover officer in Lynn and providing over 28 grams of OxyContin for her to sell to the undercover officer on May 4 in Peabody.Assistant District Attorney Greg A. Friedholm is assigned to prosecute the case.Indictments are not an indication of guilt. It is a legal process that allows a case to be transferred from District Court to Superior Court, allowing for a more severe punishment.
