SALEM – An East Boston man, who admitted he went through a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru window on Route 1 in Saugus last winter to steal about $200 in cash to support his drug addiction, but was caught red handed by police, will serve four years in state prison.Anthony Dedominicis, 40, of 112 White St., East Boston, changed his innocent plea to guilty Wednesday afternoon to charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime and larceny over $250 before Superior Court Judge Timothy Q. Feeley.Dedominicis, who has already served 157 days at the Middleton Jail awaiting trial, was sentenced to complete his four years punishment at state prison at MCI Cedar Junction.Upon his release from prison, he will be on probation for another four years at which time he will undergo drug and mental health evaluation with treatment as deemed necessary and will comply with random drug screenings. The judge agreed to impose the joint recommended punishment of Assistant District Attorney Christina Pujals Ronan and public defender Alice Jayne.Ronan stated she was prepared to show at trial that on the night of Feb. 14, Dedominicis climbed through the drive-thru window at the Dunkin’ Donuts located at 86 Broadway in Saugus at about 12:30 a.m. and stole a cash register and $200 in currency.Saugus police officer Lt.
