LYNN – A Saugus man had his foot run over Thursday afternoon while he was out for a walk on Joyce Street.According to Lynn Police, Noelia Ramirez, 27, of Lynn, was cited for a crosswalk violation around 1:15 p.m. She was said to have been turning left onto Joyce Street from Union Street, when the pedestrian, Craig Rourke, had his foot run over while he was in the crosswalk.Rourke was transported by ambulance to an area hospital. The extent of his injuries was not detailed.
