She went on to say that Rosario pushed her to the ground, kicked her and bit her on her left upper arm. An earring that she was wearing at the time had also been ripped from her ear lobe. The victim was treated by Atlantic Ambulance at the scene and kept repeating that she didn?t “want anything to happen to Rosario.”During Rosario?s booking process, police found a large twist of marijuana in his front left pocket. He told police that he threw the victim to the ground in an attempt to restrain her from repeatedly punching him, but denied kicking her.A short time after Rosario was booked, the victim showed up at the police department asking if Rosario could be released and that she didn?t want him charged in the attack.
