LYNN – A Lynn teen allegedly pitched a fit outside her ex-boyfriend’s house on Eastern Avenue Tuesday, complete with kicking his brother’s car and damaging his new motor scooter.Davena Nicole Heard, 17, of 69 Gardiner St., was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, domestic assault and battery, assault and battery. She was arraigned Wednesday at Lynn District Court by Judge Ellen Flatley and was released on personal recognizance. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 10.According to court documents, police responded to a report of a large fight in the 100-block of Eastern Avenue around 6:30 p.m. After separating the group, police spoke with the victim, who said he was in his home when Heard allegedly began repeatedly ringing his doorbell and swearing at him for him to come outside.He went on to say that when he looked outside, he saw Heard allegedly kicking his new motor scooter, so he ran outside and saw her throw the scooter against a metal porch rail, scratching the left side of the frame. When he said he yelled at Heard to leave his house, she allegedly kicked his brother’s car in the front passenger side quarter panel area, causing a dent.The victim said his brother then ran outside and saw Heard kicking his car and tried to separate the two who were arguing. During the scuffle, the victim claimed Heard scratched him while reaching over a fence. As a result, police say the victim had a scrape on his right shoulder area that was bleeding and his brother had a bite mark on his right forearm, which he said Heard caused.A fresh dent was found on the car’s door, along with a smudge mark from Heard’s boot. Police say Heard said she bit the victim’s brother because he was allegedly holding her back by her throat while she was arguing with her ex. She also claimed to have accidentally kicked the car and knocked her ex’s scooter over after he shoved her to the ground.As a result, police took Heard into custody and said the victim will be summonsed to Lynn District for domestic assault and battery due to Heard’s claim that he shoved her to the ground.
