REVERE – Police say a man walked into the White Hen convenience store on Broadway Thursday night, ripped his clothes off and proceeded to pour a gallon of milk all over himself.The unidentified 28 year old from Boston was said to have “trashed” the store and told police that he works at Chelsea District Court. Police say he was “off his medication” and was transported by ambulance to Whidden Hospital for a mental evaluation.The owner of the store, Shaheedul Islam, said the man walked into his store, ripped all of his clothes off and made a beeline for a gallon of milk from the cooler. After he poured it on himself, Islam said he threw food items from the counter and a nearby shelf onto the ground.”I’ve been in this business for 12 years and I’ve never seen anything like this,” he quipped. “I’ve been robbed before, but I’ve never seen a madman.”Islam said he does not plan to file charges against the man, but said one of his employees was pretty shaken up over the incident.”He did quite a bit of damage in here,” he said.
