REVERE – The man who was found floating in the marsh waters off Route 107 on Halloween morning has been identified.John McKenna, 54, whose last known address was 135 Ward St., Revere, was seen bobbing in the marsh by a passerby around 11:20 a.m. Sunday.Suffolk County District Attorney spokesman Jake Wark said an autopsy was performed Monday, but the medical examiner has not yet ruled on a cause or manner of death, pending toxicology screens. Wark did say that the autopsy did not turn up any signs of physical trauma.At the time of the discovery, police say McKenna did not have any identification on him and that it appeared he had drowned.According to police records, McKenna was arrested Friday afternoon for driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, driving to endanger and driving with an open container of alcohol.Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact police at 781-284-1212.
