SALEM – A former Swampscott man already facing charges of raping a teenage girl in his home and providing her with liquor was arraigned Wednesday on new charges involving a second teenage girl.Robert V. Kincaid, 39, formerly of 55 Berkshire St., Swampscott, entered an innocent plea to two counts of statutory rape and two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor before Superior Court Judge Timothy Q. Feeley. As jointly recommended by Assistant District Attorney Michael J. Sheehan and defense lawyer Rebecca E. Whitehill, the judge released Kincaid on his own personal promise to return to court with an order to stay away from his newest accuser. The charges arise out of alleged sexual misconduct with a then 14-year-old girl at his Berkshire Street home between June 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010.In April, the victim, now age 15, reported the incidents to Swampscott police with her parents. She told authorities that Kincaid would give her vodka and then have sex with her.A conviction on each of the child rape charges carries a potential life sentence in state prison.
