SALEM – Two Lynn men and a third man caught peddling heroin during two incidents in Lynn have been indicted by an Essex County grand jury.Keith J. Morley, 35, of 59 Clarendon St., Lynn and Brian Mishel, 34, of 94 Edgemere Road, Lynn, are both charged with distribution of heroin stemming from a drug deal on Clarendon Street, where just less than 10 grams of heroin was reportedly sold to a cooperating witness.Morley, along with Arthur Poisson, 54, no address available, is charged with trafficking over 28 grams of heroin which concerns an alleged drug deal Sept. 2 on Clarendon Street where more than 28 grams of heroin were sold to a confidential informant.The three suspected drug dealers were not arrested until a month later on warrants.The indictments handed up against them now move the case from Lynn District Court to Salem Superior Court where they are expected to be arraigned Dec. 2.
