SWAMPSCOTT – According to reports, a Lynn woman broke into a home on Ocean View Road Monday morning, asked for money and then offered to perform a sexual favor for the homeowner.Amanda Harris, 27, of 3 Rhodes Ave., #3, has been charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, solicit for prostitution and giving a false name to police. She is expected to be arraigned today at Lynn District Court.The incident is said to have happened around 10:26 a.m., when a resident called police saying a woman had entered his home through the back door and then fled the area.The victim told police that he was doing paper work upstairs in his house, when he heard footsteps on his back porch. When he went downstairs, he encountered Harris standing in his living room. Harris allegedly asked the victim “If this was number 50?” to which he replied, “No.” Harris then asked if he was an officer? The victim also said no. She went on to ask if he had any money and then allegedly asked him if he wanted oral sex.At that point, the victim said he called the police as Harris ran out of the house. She was arrested a few minutes later in the neighborhood by police.
