SWAMPSCOTT – Police say the Spiros Gas Station at 640 Humphrey St., was robbed for a third time early Monday.The incident happened at approximately 3:26 a.m., when an alarm was activated at the business, alerting police. Officers found the front door window smashed and the door ajar. The surrounding area was searched for a suspect with help from the Marblehead Police and State Police K9 unit.Surveillance video shows a white male, approximately 5-feet-10 inches/6 feet tall with a thin build, breaking the window and entering the gas station. Cigarettes were said to have been stolen from the business, along with petty cash from the register. The suspect fled toward Pleasant Street. Police say they are working on identifying the suspect through the video and are asking for the publics help.Anyone with information is asked to call the Swampscott police at 781-595-1111.
