SALEM – Bail for a Lynn youth charged with stealing cell phones and cash from two juveniles at gunpoint on Fayette Street two months ago remains at $1,000.Leroy Davis, 17, of 182 Henry Ave., Lynn, was allowed to remain free on bail after pleading innocent at his arraignment Friday in Salem Superior Court to two charges of armed robbery, crimes that could put him behind bars for life.Judge Timothy Q. Feeley agreed to set the same bail amount as previously granted in Lynn District Court, at the joint recommendation of the prosecutor and defense.The charges arise out of an incident in Lynn at about 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 18 when the suspect, along with two other males, allegedly walked up to two juveniles on Fayette Street, both ages 14, pointed what they believed was a gun at them and demanded their money and their cell phones – a Neon cell phone and a Verizon envoy touch cell phone.The thief fled the scene with $10 in cash and two cell phones.
