SALEM – Bail for a man police say they caught with a little more than a half ounce of heroin in his car four months ago in Lynn remains at $2,500 cash.In Salem Superior Court Tuesday morning, Celestino Martinez Reyes, 42, of 120 Washington Ave., #1, Chelsea, pleaded innocent to a charge of trafficking over 14 grams of heroin, a crime that will net him a mandatory five-year prison term, if convicted. As jointly proposed by the prosecutor and defense, Judge John T. Lu agreed to set the same bail amount as previously set in Lynn District Court. The charge stems from his arrest on the mid-afternoon of Sept. 8 when police said they observed what they suspected was a drug deal on Alley Street.Police later stopped Reyes in a 2001 Nissan Maxima on Commercial Street and reportedly seized 18.53 grams of powdered heroin from the center console of the vehicle.
