The truck was seen a few minutes later driving down the road with sparks coming from underneath the vehicle and a flat tire. After attempting to pull the car over, police say Fraser continued to drive through Lynn until it got stuck at a red light on Newhall Street. A three-inch gash was found on the back of his head and a strong odor of alcohol was coming from his breath. While waiting for an ambulance to arrive, police say Fraser spewed obscenities and kept saying, “Go ahead,” but officers say they don’t know what he meant. Then, when EMTs arrived, Fraser allegedly became irate and yelled at them as he was being strapped into a stretcher. Upon arriving at an area hospital, police say Fraser kicked an EMT in the chest and swore at nurses. When asked if he was on something other than alcohol, Fraser said, “It’s all booze” and continued to yell. His blood alcohol level was found to be 0.155 percent.During his booking, police say Fraser fell against the wall while taking his photo and continued to stumble all over the room.
