SALEM – Jurors in the Jose Cabrera trial have yet to reach a verdict in the 2008 Halloween night shooting death of a rival gang member.Cabrera, 20, who last lived at 3 Chesnut St. in Lynn, is charged with murdering Tony Pich, 22, who was gunned down in front of his own home at 1-3 Olive St. in the early hours on Nov. 1, 2008. Cabrera never testified in his own defense and the weapon used in the attack was never recovered by authorities.Closing arguments were heard on Tuesday at Salem Superior Court. Deliberations are expected to continue today.
