LYNN – A judge ordered $5,000 cash bail for a city man who allegedly admitted in a phone call from the police station that he owned the unlicensed gun and drugs police found in his apartment while investigating a shooting.Joshua Dixon, 23, pleaded not guilty to intent to distribute Class B drugs; carrying a loaded firearm without a license; possession of a firearm without a license; possession with intent to distribute Class B drugs; and discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a building.Police reported responding at 12:57 a.m. July 6 to a Melvin Avenue home on the call of a disturbance with multiple possible gunshots.
