Two women and a man from Revere were arrested on human trafficking and prostitution charges on Monday.
The Atlantic City Police Department contacted the FBI Child Exploitation Task Force on Monday, regarding a human trafficking allegation, according to an announcement by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office.
An investigation by the FBI/CETF, which is comprised of authorities from the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Department and the NJ Human Services Police Department, led to the arrests of Galen Spriggs, 39, Jovana Jensen, 37, and Laraza White, 24, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s office.
Spriggs, Jensen, and White were charged with first-degree drug trafficking and promoting prostitution. The 23-year-old victim was recovered and received services from the Dream Catcher Program, authorities said.
