Konstantinos Psiroukis, 52, of 344 Parkland Ave., was arrested on warrant charges of operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, no inspection/sticker, uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, allowing improper operation of a motor vehicle and number plate violation to conceal at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday.

A report of an armed robbery at 2:47 p.m. Tuesday at Citizens Bank at 180 Main St. A caller reported a man came in and robbed the bank. The caller reported the man handed over a note that said he had a weapon and wanted the money with no dye packs. The man was reportedly wearing a Patriots hat, striped button down shirt and dark sunglasses. Police described the suspect as a very tan white man, approximately 6 feet tall, about 240 pounds and spoke with an accent.
