PEABODY — Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Main Street convenience store Wednesday night.

A masked man with a gun walked into the 7-11 shortly before 11 p.m. demanding money, according to police. The white man was reportedly wearing a blue sweatshirt.

The suspect reportedly fled toward Holten Street. Police K-9 units attempted to find him, but as of Thursday morning, no arrests had been made, according to Peabody Police Sgt. Rob Fletcher.
