James Damayah, 19, of 80 Sagamore St., was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace and resisting arrest on Tuesday at 12:15 p.m.
Rachel Kennedy, of 11A Sachem St., was arrested on warrant charges of destruction of property, distribution of a Class A and B substance, passing a counterfeit bill, larceny, receiving stolen property, credit card and identity fraud and charged with possession to distribute drugs.
Brian Walsh, 43, of 598 Essex St., was arrested on a courtesy booking.

An employee from the Children’s Center reported a child having severe allergic reaction on Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. on Tioga Way. The child was conscious and alert and not having trouble breathing. Child was taken to MassGeneral for Children at North Shore Medical Center.
Caller reported a lost ring on Washington Street on Tuesday at 2:56 p.m. She described the ring as being shaped like a flower, with a large diamond in the middle encrusted with small diamonds.
Caller reported a bus was parked in the fire lane at the Village School at 5:38 p.m. on Tuesday. Bus driver was spoken to by police and ticketed.
On Tuesday at 5:46 p.m., a caller said she is an out-of-state attorney who is involved in a civil matter in Massachusetts. She said the defendant in the case, a Marblehead resident, is blackmailing her and the plaintiff in the case. She was advised to report the incident to her local police department.
Caller reported a man fell and struck his head on Rowland Street on Tuesday at 6:35 p.m. and is bleeding. Patient refused to go in the ambulance.
On Wednesday at 4:40 a.m., caller reported a man fell on Humphrey Street and needed support from a lift. Fire Department assisted.

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle on Carr Road on Tuesday at 12:02 a.m. Caller reported the car door is open, there’s a laundry basket in the middle of the street. Officers dispatched who spoke with the operator who was renting the vehicle.
On Tuesday at 12:28 a.m. a caller reported driving past the Square One Mall and spotted someone putting items in the bed of a dark colored pick up truck. Officer dispatched but could not find any suspicious activity.
A called reported a suspicious person in a gray hoodie kneeling at the Essex Street off ramp on Tuesday at 12:52 a.m. Officer dispatched who could not find anyone fitting the description.
U Haul reported a leased truck has not been returned for more than 12 days on Tuesday at 9:19 a.m. Dispatched officers said they will enter the vehicle into the National Crime Information Center database. Report to follow.
On Tuesday at 11:46 a.m. caller reported he rented a dumpster and someone has been putting their trash in it. Officer spoke with the homeowner. There are no suspects at this time. She will speak to neighbors to see if they saw anything.
Resident walked into Police Station on Tuesday at 1:31 p.m. to report the Lincoln Avenue Service Station placed an inspection sticker on his motor vehicle he purchased from them that he said should not have passed inspection. It was determined to be a civil complaint and referred to small claims court.
A woman from Robinson Street came to the station Tuesday at 3:07 p.m. to report she is being harassed by her neighbor. She said the matter has been ongoing for a while. Wednesday, she found someone has poured soda on her vehicle. While she did not see who did it, she is convinced it was a neighbor from an nearby apartment. Woman was referred to court for a possible Harassment Prevention Order.
A 911 caller reported a young man threw something at a car on Tuesday at 3:27 p.m. on Hilltop Avenue and then attacked another man at the scene. The phone then dropped and a scuffle could be heard. Four officers and a sergeant were dispatched who reported the suspect was throwing sticks at passing cars. Police found the suspect who was throwing sticks who assaulted a driver who had pulled over. Peace restored.
Report of a two-car rollover on Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. at Walnut and Water streets with possible entrapment. Upon arrival, police found one vehicle rolled over onto the driver’s side. All occupants were out of their vehicles and walking when police arrived. Occupants refused ambulance. McGarvey’s Towing towed both vehicles.
On Tuesday at 5:24 p.m. caller from Johnson Street reported her boyfriend was bitten by her neighbor’s dog but no medical assistance was required. Officer dispatched reported no bite had occurred.
