She said she has lived on the street for 20 years and now, every day between 2:30 and 7 p.m., there is increased traffic because of the lessons. She also complained that parking has become difficult. She was advised to call the town clerk to see if the business is registered.
A caller reported a man was pushing a carriage on Pleasant Street at 11:03 a.m. Thursday. Police report the man was walking home from the beach with his kids.
